1. I have the option to refuse any commission I want. I also have the right to refund people for being rude pushy or overall disrespectful.

2.I post all commissions that I work on, either in my portfolio or on social media. If your content is something you wish to remain private please let me know before hand. this includes NSFW content.

3.Any art commissioned for your Business or projects need to be mentioned before hand so that i can add a product ownership summery to  your PayPal receipt. Commercial use is a upcharge of the piece as well. 

4.Payment is received before I start on the commission, half payment is not an option unless I have had business with you in the past and know you are trust worthy. Even if half payment is accepted the max the other half can go unpaid is at max 1 month.

5.During work on the commission I will be very thorough with what you want at each step of the project. after the last check and the commission is delivered that will be the last time a change or adjustment will be made for free. if its something small like a resizing that's okay, but if I have to go back and draw new pieces that will be a $5.

6. You can do what ever you want with the product once its done as long as its not for commercial use without explanation(as explained in 3) 

7. If posted 'Art By-' must be posted in the description. if its a video or bigger project it can be in credits, as long as you do not claim the creation of the piece.
